1940s SATIN WEDDING DRESS • A GORGEOUS long-sleeve satin wedding gown from the 1940s! • Off-white heavy satin with fine netting and a satin collar; ruffled yoke with lace underneath • Long, pointed sleeves with six satin-covered buttons • Fabric-covered buttons and hook-and-eyes in back • Basque waistline • Large lace-bow applique on the front skirt • 38" train with wrist strap ERA: 1940s COLOR: off-white MATERIAL: unlabeled heavy satin LINING: unlined LABEL: unlabeled ORIGIN: Handmade in USA SIZE: unlabeled, best fits a M L, please see measurements MEASUREMENTS (fabric doesn't stretch) LENGTH: 59" (+38" in back) BUST: 37" WAIST: 29" SHOULDERS: 17" CONDITION: There's a 1/8" hole on the mid train near the center seam. Most of the buttons have rust on them from the metal on the interior of the buttons. One button is missing on one of the sleeves and there are few light marks at the end of the train. We didn't button the dress all the way to protect the netting. Best for a 35/36" bust.
